Shanghai, China -（June 23, 2020）- Sunway Communication welcomes you to the Electronica China 2020 exhibition. The show brings leading companies together in the electronics industry, showcasing new technologies and several application solutions, thus building a comprehensive display platform for the entire electronics industry chain. Sunway, a returning exhibitor, will bring a variety of technologies and products for display. Despite the negative impact on the electronics industry from the measures taken in combat of the corona virus, we are enthusiastic about our progress last year and encouraged by our future prospects.
As a leading provider of RF connectivity related and other performance-critical components and modules, last year was very much the breakthrough period for 5G and we will display several 5G products. Examples include new 5G sub-6 GHz integrated LDS antennas for smartphones as well as 5G millimeter wave LCP flexible board transmission line products based on Qualcomm solutions. The combination design of LDS antenna and metal frame is the current mainstream solution for sub-6 GHz 5G frequency band smartphones, while the US market millimeter wave band smartphones mainly use LCP flexible board transmission lines for the relay connection of radio frequency and baseband signals. The proliferation of the smartphone ecosystem with wireless chargers, TWS smart headsets, smart watches, virtual, augmented, and extended reality products also require wireless technology from Sunway. Other major application market solutions are also showcased, for example for IoT, smart homes, automotive, and wireless communication infrastructure. With the commercialization of 5G, we have continued to increase our R&D investments and established a second US R&D facility as well as our Jiangsu Changzhou Science and Technology Park and Vietnam Yongfu Industrial Park completing our global manufacturing layout.
